We recognize the value in offering students an internship work experience opportunity within a professional office environment. 2-1-1 TBC is passionate about highlighting the work of Information and Referral (I&R) as a potential career path for graduating students. Our dedicated, respectful, and professional administrative, data, information, referral, and crisis intervention teams focus daily on achieving our mission. We’re aggressive about using innovative strategies and technology to improve and inform our customers and collaborate with our partners.

  • Read Job Description: Scroll down the page to view a list of current open positions. Click the name of the position to read a current job description.
  • Apply Online: To apply for an open position listed below, click the apply online button next to the job you are interested in.
  • Complete All Pre-Internship / Co-Op Testing: Immediately afterwards, you will be asked to complete our pre-employment testing. Need help during testing, please call (877) 909-8378 for support.

Once all the above items are completed, only then will you be considered a potential candidate for an internship and your complete application pack will sent to and reviewed by 211TBC staff. You will be contacted by phone and invited for a first interview.

Internship/Co-Op Experience Requirements before starting:

To officially start your internship with 2-1-1 TBC, you must:

  • Complete and pass a Level 2 background check in order to schedule an official start date.
